A seasoned SOC Analyst and a member of the CompTIA Instructors Network (CIN), Olabimpe brings expertise as a freelance Cybersecurity Instructor, curriculum developer, and IT exam questions expert.

    Through consulting, education, public speaking, and social media awareness, Olabimpe strives to reduce the success of cybercriminals globally. She leads a thriving private group of over 600, cybersecurity enthusiasts committed to this shared mission, actively working towards a safer digital future.

    She is the founder and a senior trainer of MOBA CyberSafety Academy, an academy that has trained over 1000 men and women transitioning into and upskilling in Cybersecurity, some of which have passed their professional exams and now engaged both home and abroad.

    Olabimpe is also the author of Encrypted Heart, a unique romance novel that weaves cybersecurity hacks into an irresistible love story, making technical concepts relatable to all.

He founded the Nursing Fathers Community and The GLAD Company, a company that helps parents, teachers, teen mentors build competence to navigate the field of teen mentoring.

    He writes the WinToday series, a daily minuscule that has reached over 6000 readers on the past 5yrs. He has trained for CBN, Google Africa, Pat Utomi’s CVL Youth Empowerment Program, Edo State Government StartUp Fund Project amongst others.

    He ran social projects covering 9 states in Nigeria reaching over 50,000 teens and youth.

    Isimeme Whyte is an accomplished, passionate, and dedicated Tech Enthusiast, Social entrepreneur, Migration Expert, Senior Consultant, and Brand Development Executive, in Social Development with more than twenty (22) years of multi-sector experience in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET programs,experience in EdTech, government/NGO partnerships, entrepreneurship, community advocacy, and engagement.
    She is a business coach and growth strategist with a record of helping over 6,000 business startups scale from the ideation to the testing stage using technology-driven strategies. Her work has also been recognized by the UN Women as a woman driving technology and innovations in the technology industry and contributing to the advancement of gender equality and women’s empowerment in Nigeria. She has also bagged the Golden Jubilee Award for Excellence by the Christian Women Fellowship International (CWFi) for her contributions to society in EdTech, Entrepreneurship, Community Advocacy, Migration and Digital Transformation in the MSME sector.

    She is the founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Genius Hub, a social enterprise, and a member of the board of Genius Hub Global Initiative. She is the initiator of the CEOs’ Meeting. Isimeme is the founder and also a member of the board of trustees of Conference of NGOs (CONGOs) in Edo State and the Lady Mechanic Initiative. She is Vice President of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT), Nigeria; member of Edo State Exporters Cluster; Coordinator of Edo State Women Entrepreneurship Platform; coordinator of the Association of Nigerian Businesswomen Network, Edo state.     She has served as a State Coordinator for the Association of Nigerian Women in Business Network. She has been recognized by The Iconic Brand Awards as a member of the Hall of Icons, 2023 as well as an award for Corporate Brand of the Year and Distinctive Positive Value Awards. Isimeme has a BSc. in Microbiology from the prestigious University of Benin, she has a certification in Monitoring and Evaluation from RIPA International UK, a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Great School, and certificates in Project Management, and Policy Development & Advocacy from the University of Washington. She doubles as an award-winning filmmaker and has produced about 27 movies so far. Her groundbreaking work has culminated in the creation of Ewaen Studios, a movie streaming platform designed for edutainment, impact and counselling where viewers can watch a movie and get a support system to expand the reach of socially impactful films on behavioural change. Ewaen Studio has trained over 945 persons who has also been employed via this innovation developed by Isimeme Whyte. She is known for her work in utilizing entertainment to drive social change and address issues such as irregular migration, human trafficking drug abuse, corruption, domestic violence, SGBV, inequality, education, etc.

    She is the founder of Tech Women in Business and Leadership (TWIBL) a network and support system for women in technology, business, and leadership. TWIBL is dedicated to promoting equity, and diversity and providing growth opportunities. She is the founder of Green Seven Hubs which is a coalition of seven strategic social networks committed to providing entertainment whilst promoting rich cultural heritage, sustainability, climate, and environmental preservation in the areas of Green Technology, Green Tourism, Green Culture, Green Ceremonies, Green Travel, Green Environment and Green Energy.

    She serves as a liaison, bridging gaps between socio-economic and governmental communities, demonstrating astute experience as an administrator in crisis management, personnel management, policy development, community engagement, field and data coordination, research monitoring and evaluation, development of modeling techniques, operational improvement processes, and international collaborations.
    Through her visionary leadership, Genius Hub has facilitated digital skills training and entrepreneurship development programs for over 16,000 beneficiaries and counting including youths, women, and returned irregular migrants and survivors of human trafficking in Edo state. Genius Hub has also established regional offices in Lagos, Kano, and Rwanda and is expanding to other parts of Africa.

    She serves in a leadership position, providing mentorship and support for MSMEs and startups. She is an advocate for digital inclusion for women as well as girls as she has served as the lead on various initiatives training women and girls on digital skills. She is a tech enthusiast leading digital transformation in the MSME sector with a focus on leveraging technology.

    With over 18 years of experience in social development, Osayuwamen Aladeselu has built a career focused on creating and implementing strategies that promote economic growth and social inclusion, with a particular focus on women and youth. With a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Benin and specialized training in portfolio and project management, she brings in a wealth of experience in social protection, project management, child development and youth empowerment.  Her work spans a range of sectors; social protection, talent management, human resources, training, social inclusion, policy advocacy, and capacity building,  primarily within the non-profit and international development spaces.

    She has led teams, provided policy guidance, and managed large-scale projects aimed at improving social protection systems, promoting diversity and inclusion, and delivering results that make a lasting impact. Whether working with local communities, governments, or international organizations, her goal is to foster meaningful change through well-informed sustainable interventions.

    In her previous role as General Manager of the Edo State Social Investment Programme, Osayuwamen Aladeselu oversaw a programme that directly impacted over 140,000 beneficiaries. This experience as well as other previous ones, has in no small way, sharpened her ability to lead complex initiatives. In the course of her career projection, she has earned multiple professional certifications, with recognition for providing innovative solutions to some of the most pressing development challenges.

    Osayuwamen Aladeselu is an accredited management consultant by the Global Finance and Management Institute USA and holds additional certifications in Human Resources Analytics by the American Academy of Project Management USA, a Certified Scrum Master by SCRUMstudyTM Global, a licensed Human Resource Professional by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a certified Business Analysis professional by JK Michaels. She has received training on Social Protection and Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities at the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Seig University of Applied Sciences, Germany, and UNICEF in 2023. She sits on the Board of Tone Foundation, Canada, a Faculty Member of the SPRINT Leadership Development Programme of Haynes and Atkinson Consulting Firm, and a Patron of the Peace Corps of Nigeria.

    Osayuwamen Aladeselu is very passionate about social inclusion, talent management, and human development, and she continues to advocate for these causes through advisory roles, speaking engagements, and thought leadership. She is a global speaker and was a discussant at the Global Solutions Summit, Berlin, Germany in 2023; Speaker at a parallel event for the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) 68th Session New York in 2024 and previously a delegate in 2014, 2015, 2018 CSW sessions. She is an author and has a paper publication in the University of Benin’s Journal.
