Osayi Tres Omokaro is a distinguished Business Strategist, Educator, Author, and Certified Business Development Service Provider, with over 20 years of experience equipping individuals, entrepreneurs,and organisations to build intentionally, grow sustainably, and scale profitably.
He is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Education at Benson Idahosa University, solidifying his commitment to transformative learning and people development. Osayi is also one of the few CMD (Centre for Management Development) Certified Consultants in Edo State, a national recognition that affirms his expertise in business advisory and organisational development.

He is the founder of Treskaro Systems & Solution, Executive Director: African Center for Enterprise & Capacity Development (Center-ECD) and a member of, board of advisor to many businesses.
A two-time graduate of Auchi Polytechnic and the University of Benin, and an alumnus of the Tekedia Institute (USA), Osayi combines qualifications in Mass Communication, Banking & Finance, Strategy, and Educational Development. His learning journey has taken him through top global and national institutions, including the Enterprise Development Centre (Pan-Atlantic University), Federal University of Technology, Minna, and the Business Training Institute, Florida, USA.
Osayi is widely known for helping businesses and individuals design systems that work and structures that scale, empowering them to become the kind of platforms God can bless and investors can trust. His consulting and training services have impacted professionals across sectors like oil and gas, travel, education, agriculture, and youth empowerment.
He is also a mentor under the Tony Elumelu Foundation, International Brewery & Mastercard Foundation Program, providing guidance and real-world insights to emerging talents. With a unique blend of faith, clarity, and strategy, Osayi is on a mission to raise high-performance individuals and help them build lives and businesses that last.
